Narendra is the Chairman and Managing Director for Firepro Systems. He founded Firepro in 1992 with the intent of providing a professional service in the Fire Safety market in Bangalore. He is an Electronics Engineer from Mysore University and had worked briefly for Steelage Industries a company in the fire safety industry. He is a first generation entrepreneur and has about 18 years of experience in the Fire Safety and Security industry.
Narendra is actively involved in running the business and developing the long term technology and growth strategies. He founded the company even before the fire safety industry was recognized as an industry in India.
His vision and ambition have been the driving force in the organization being successful in its initiatives in the Indian and the International markets.
He is an active participant in different business and industry forums, some of them are as below:

Muthanna is an Engineer and has over 18 years of experience in areas of Sales, planning, manufacturing, Project Management. In the past he has worked with organisations like MICO-BOSCH and Molex Incorporated.
In the past 4 years, he has held different responsibilities across Sales, Business Development, Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing functions. In his current responsibility, he plays a key role in managing the Indian and International Operations.
M S Ganesh started his career in Castrol in December
1981 initially in automotive sales. He subsequently
moved to Industrial Sales and over the years has held
several key positions within the India organisation.
He played an instrumental role in bringing the concept
of Chemical Management Services [CMS] to India and making
it a successful commercial operation. Ganesh has successfully
led several business critical projects such as Order
to Cash (OTC) implementation for India, BIGS implementation
(Business Intelligence Global Standards) He moved to
Castrol Automotive in 2005 as Head - Sales Operations
and was instrumental in creating the customer service
model for the Automotive business.
Ganesh brings with him a rich experience in Sales &
Business management, Customer Service, Total Solutions Management ,Project & Operations management , Systems
& IT solutions in both Retail and B2B segments. Has
been exposed to training in various areas in countries
like Singapore, Australia, UK and the USA.
As the Director - Corporate Development, Ganesh will
be responsible for looking at the whole business and
service offering of Firepro to bring about improved
efficiencies in processes, cash flows, gross margins
and profitability and prepare the company for the ever
changing expectations of the market place and distinct
differentiation from the competition.
Anil Kumra, the Regional Director of Firepro Systems
holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Punjab University,
and brings with him a wealth of over 28 years of varied
and valued experience in marketing, sales and contracts
management. He is equipped with expertise in the area
of quality control, purchasing, vendor development,
Project & Construction management and has been instrumental
in forging collaborations and strategic alliances. He
is well traveled with essential knowledge and expertise
in Indian contract laws and Techno-commercial aspects
of contracts. He is a Team leader with good inter personal,
analytical and problem solving skills. Prior to joining
Firepro he has been the President & CEO of Tetra
Tech India Ltd. and has also been the Director (PROJECTS)
of Steelage Industries.
Narendran holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a Post Graduation degree in Business Administration from Bangalore. He has over 26 years of hard-core experience exclusively in the business of Fire Protection and is also a member of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). With his extensive domestic and international exposure, he is equipped with immense knowledge and widespread expertise on international trends on Product Design. The industrial segments of Firepro, like Power, Refinery and Aviation stand to gain immensely from his in-depth experience.
In the past 4 years, Narendran has built and scaled the Client Delivery function across the Country. He has successfully built capability to deliver projects across the country as Firepro has strengthened its pan India foot-print.
Debasis Bhattacharya is a CA and CS. He comes with a track record of working in diverse industry segments over a period of 25 years in areas of Receivable Management, Contracts, Arbitration and E-auctions. Some of the organizations that he has worked at are Union Bank of India, IPCL, BEL, Mazgaon Docks and BEML.
Over the past 3 years, Debasis has brought his experience to bear and strengthened the areas of Accounting, Cash Flows and Working Capital Management. The Finance and Accounting Function has been strengthened and aligned with our long term goals.

David has worked in a diverse range of businesses from Construction to Communications and brings over 20 years experience within the Sales, Marketing and Services Project Delivery environment.
David has added an MBA qualification while making progress to Senior Management. He has worked in a diverse range of businesses from Construction to Communications. In his last role David headed the operations for a Multinational in the Fire Protection Industry.
David’s ability to focus on the needs of all stake holders has helped him develop leadership in Client Delivery. In addition to his duties as a Director of our Australian Operations, his primary duties are to provide first class Client Delivery to our Customers.
John has over 20 years experience within the telecommunications & electrical field. His skills cover sales & marketing, design, estimation, installation, commissioning, training and hand over to clients.
John has held Executive Management roles with National & Multinational Organizations. Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction make John a key member of Firepro Systems.
In addition to his responsibilities as a director of our Australian Operation, John’s key duties are Sales, Marketing & Talent Management.
Krishna Kumar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Post Graduation in Business Management. He has over 24 years of hard-core total experience
covering Business Development, Marketing & Sales and Total Operations. Prior to joining Firepro Krishna Kumar has worked with BHPV, Chemicon, Metal Lamp Caps, and ABB.
Krishna Kumar brings vast experience in Industrial and Commercial markets. He is responsible for building the organization and business in the region of Middle East Asia.
Richard is an Engineer from the University of Aberdeen and has completed his Post Graduation in Finance and Marketing. He has worked with companies like Harrisons, Sembawang Corporation, Liebert and the Singapore Business Federation during his long career. In his last role, Richard was the Deputy Director in the Global Business Division responsible for the South Asia Region.
Richard adds experience in areas of Business Planning, Sales & Marketing and Operations. He is responsible for building the Organization and Business in the ASEAN region.
